I started at International SOS as a Coordinating Nurse in the London Assistance Centre in 2006. With a background in Emergency, Gynaecology and Medical / Surgical nursing, I joined the Operations and TRICARE platforms. Here I worked as a Coordinating Nurse managing cases, providing medical advice and developing medical case management pathways for specific medical conditions which were later implemented globally for the same client.

Honoured and humbled to be recognised with the "Operations Excellence Award 2021" for the Middle-East Region during these dire times. This award is by no means a unilateral achievement, but the success from working with a #winningteam. A heartfelt appreciation to our healthcare practitioners.

And ten years later, I can still honestly say that I learn something new every single day. So appreciative of the amazing people that I’ve met along the way, the friendships I’ve forged, the teams I’ve led, and the memories I’ve created in the last decade.
