On October 17, 2023, at 9:00 AM, International SOS will be hosting an interactive workshop in English on the topic of "Mental Health of Your Employees in a Hybrid Work Environment," in collaboration with internationally renowned occupational psychologist Dr. Rachel Lewis.

This three-hour workshop at International SOS in Neu-Isenburg will present the latest research findings on managing mental health in a hybrid work environment. The workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of the needs of diverse groups of employees and equip them with tools and knowledge to better support the well-being and productivity of their employees. The workshop will address the following questions:
  • How has hybrid work affected the mental health and well-being of employees?
  • What do employees expect from companies in terms of supporting their well-being and productivity?
  • What aspects should companies consider when developing and implementing well-being programs?

The workshop will be moderated by Dr. Rachel Lewis and Dr. Stefan Esser. Dr. Rachel Lewis is an internationally renowned and multi-award-winning occupational psychologist. She works in academia as a lecturer at Birkbeck University of London and consults for international organizations. Dr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience in occupational psychology and specializes in mental health, well-being, and psychosocial risks in organizations.

This workshop will be conducted in English.

Following the workshop, there will be a networking lunch (12-1 PM) at the International SOS location in Neu-Isenburg. Participation in the event is free of charge. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 15 participants. The workshop is primarily intended for senior professionals responsible for workplace mental health and well-being.
