International SOS Enters Global Top 20 as Top Employer 2025

We are proud to announce that International SOS has been certified as a Top Employer for the seventh consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to creating exceptional employee conditions and fostering best-in-class HR practices.

In 2025, International SOS achieved an overall score of 94.25%, placing it in the top percentile range of 75-100% of globally certified organisations and marking its first entry into the Top 20 under the Top Employers Institute ranking methodology. This recognition highlights the company’s continued commitment to people-first HR strategies and exemplary employee practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates six key HR domains across 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

• A Talent Acquisition score 15.71% above benchmark, reflecting improvements to the candidate experience during hiring processes.
• An Overall People Strategy 13.54% above benchmark, bolstered by the online talent and succession planning tool MyTalent.
